The DAC and HFC are pleased continue the very successful Full STEM Ahead and Creative Arts classes that include:

- Tuesday STEM: May: Green Thumbs/Botany June: Tech Ed
- Try This Thursday (TTT): May: Best Life June: Handwriting Techniques
All Morning Enrichment program will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. and will be held in 1-month blocks. Please plan to attend the entire monthly session from the start.

Join us for May Friday Night Out at LIFE UMC. This annual cook-out is an opportunity to enjoy great good and fellowship with our friends from LIFE. We will also honor any DAC members who will be graduating this year…please let us know so we can recognize you for the hard work and dedication to completing your education.
DAC/Mallamo Golf Tournament
Green Hills Country Club
Date: June 9, 2023 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers, Golf Tournament Sponsors, and of course golfers are needed to participate in this year’s tournament which will be scheduled in the near future. This tournament is our largest fundraiser and the longest standing Golf Tournament in Marion County. DAC Summer Camp CAN-DO
July 24-28, 2023 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Registration is will OPEN SOON!! Our Camp CAN-DO 2023 Theme is “DAC Survivor: Outwit, Outlast, Outplay”. A Full Schedule of activities will be released in June.
#Higherground Building Fund and DAC Expansion
#Higherground Expansion continues at DAC with projects including the outdoor classroom (recently completed), DAC-Wilfong Wellness Center, and the vertical platform lift on the main DAC facility. Grant writing and fundraising is underway for the DAC-Wilfong Wellness Center and the properties across the street and the sites have been cleared for the construction of the one of a kind, accessible gym and wellness space.
