The DAC and HFC are pleased continue the very successful Full STEM Ahead and Creative Arts classes that include:

- Tuesday STEM: May: Popular Mechanics June: Tech Ed
- Try This Thursday (TTT): May: Best Life(Home and Money Management) June: Foreign Language
All Morning Enrichment program will be held from 10-11:30 a.m. and will be held in 1-month blocks. Please plan to attend the entire monthly session from the start.

Join us for June Friday Night Out at LIFE UMC. This annual cook-out is an opportunity to enjoy great good and fellowship with our friends from LIFE. We will also honor any DAC members who will be graduating this year…please let us know so we can recognize you for the hard work and dedication to completing your education.
DAC/Mallamo Golf Tournament
Green Hills Country Club
Date: June 7, 2024 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers, Golf Tournament Sponsors, and of course golfers are needed to participate in this year’s tournament which will be scheduled in the near future. This tournament is our largest fundraiser and the longest standing Golf Tournament in Marion County. DAC Summer Camp CAN-DO
July 22-26, 2024 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Registration is will OPEN SOON!! Our Camp CAN-DO 2023 Theme is “DAC Summer Olympics”. A Full Schedule of activities will be released in June.
#Higherground Building Fund and DAC Expansion
We are thrilled to report that the DAC has been awarded $500,000 through U.S. Senator Manchin and U.S. Senator Capito Congressionally Directed Spending Appropriations for the construction of the DAC-Wilfong Wellness Center. Additional grant writing and fundraising is underway to help bring this project to fruition.
